When it comes to punching for rings inserts and dashboards, this adjustable punch is the most reliable.  You slide the guides to match the size you need: mini, pocket, A6, A5.  The compact size is good if you need to take it with you.  Be sure to empty the holes underneath so the punch doesn’t get jammed.
